Dr. Michaella Michael Kalyangu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Africa School of Politics and Governance (ASPG University). She is a pioneering visionary leader — the first woman in world history to advocate for legally structured governments in place of political governments.

Her groundbreaking ideology centres on transitioning global government systems from political governance to legal governance, a mission she pursues with unwavering dedication through education, research, and global advocacy.

Dr. Michaella designed the ASPG curriculum with revolutionary virtues, incorporating experienced political philosophies that shape students into trailblazers of change and long-awaited development.
