Five steps, fully online.
-
Step 1
Choose your programme
Browse the 8 programmes from Diploma to Doctorate. Compare duration, fees, mode and curriculum on each programme page.
-
Step 2
Check eligibility
Confirm the entry requirements for your chosen programme. Most undergraduate programmes require a Grade 12 / Senior Certificate; postgraduate programmes require a recognised Bachelor degree.
-
Step 3
Submit your application
Complete the online form with personal details, motivation and supporting documents (ID, transcripts, CV). It takes about 10 minutes.
-
Step 4
Receive your decision
The admissions team reviews every submission within five working days and emails you the outcome. We may invite you for a short interview.
-
Step 5
Enrol and pay registration
Once accepted, your student number is issued. Pay the registration fee online via your kiosk, and your access to coursework and the library is activated immediately.
What to have ready.
Scans or clear phone photos are fine. PDF, JPG, PNG or DOC up to 10 MB each. You can submit additional documents later via your student kiosk.
National ID, passport or driver licence.
Certificates and academic transcripts.
Mainly for postgraduate applications.
A short paragraph on why you want to study at ASPG.
Recent head-and-shoulders photo on a plain background.
Utility bill or municipal statement.
Who can apply?
ASPG welcomes applicants from across Africa and the diaspora. Entry requirements scale with the qualification level on the NQA framework.
Grade 12 or equivalent Senior Certificate. Mature-entry pathway available for working adults.
Grade 12 with strong English. Work experience considered for mature entry.
Recognised Bachelor degree (NQA Level 8) with a strong academic record. Some programmes require a related field.
Recognised Master's degree (NQA Level 9) and a focused research proposal aligned with ASPG faculty.
Is teaching really 100% online?
Yes — every programme is delivered through our online platform. Degree coursework runs in our Moodle environment; short courses run inside the ASPG kiosk itself.
Are ASPG qualifications recognised?
ASPG is registered as a private higher education institution. NQA levels are listed on each programme page so you can check recognition for your jurisdiction.
Can I switch programmes after applying?
Yes. If you change your mind before payment, just contact admissions. After registration, your fee can be transferred to another programme on application.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card payments via PayClio (Visa/Mastercard), and bank transfer for fees over N$5,000. You'll see live invoice status in your kiosk.
Do you offer scholarships?
We run a limited number of merit and financial-need scholarships per intake. Mention scholarship interest in your application motivation.
Ready to begin?
Applications take ten minutes. The next intake closes 15 May.
