Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Africa School of Politics and Governance ("ASPG"). By accessing aspguniversity.com or any related sub-site (library.aspguniversity.com, online.aspguniversity.com) you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old, or 13 with parental consent, to register for an account. Applicants for degree programmes must additionally meet the eligibility criteria for the specific programme.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at Click to reveal email if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Fees and payments
- All fees are quoted in Namibian dollar (N$). VAT, where applicable, is included.
- Registration fees are non-refundable, but transferable to another ASPG programme on application.
- Course payments are settled via PayClio. By initiating a payment you accept PayClio's own terms.
- We may revise published fees with at least 30 days' notice to enrolled students.
4. Academic conduct
Students are expected to maintain academic integrity at all times. Plagiarism, contract cheating, and impersonation are grounds for failure of an assessment, suspension, or expulsion. Repeated breaches may result in the withdrawal of any qualification awarded.
5. Library and content
Materials in the ASPG Library are made available for personal academic use by ASPG students. Re-distribution, public posting, or commercial use without our written permission is prohibited. Third-party materials remain the copyright of their respective owners.
6. Movement campaigns
Statements of Support submitted via the public campaign forms must be your own writing, factually accurate, and free of hate speech or unlawful content. Submissions are reviewed before publication, and ASPG reserves the right to reject or remove statements at any time.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, the ASPG emblem, course materials and software, is the property of ASPG and its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of it without written permission.
8. User-uploaded content
If you upload application documents, profile photos, or short-course assignments, you retain ownership but grant ASPG a limited licence to host, display and process that content as necessary to deliver the service.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) interfere with the Site's operation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access; (c) use the Site to transmit malware, spam or illegal content; (d) scrape the Site at a rate that impairs service for other users.
10. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is". ASPG does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. ASPG's qualifications are recognised at the levels stated on each programme page; you are responsible for verifying recognition in your own jurisdiction.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASPG is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees you paid us during that period.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Windhoek.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use of the Site after a posted change means you accept the revised Terms.
