DOCTOR OF LAWS - LLD IN INTERNATIONAL LAW AND JURISDICTION

COURSE SUMMARY The Doctor of Laws in International Law and Jurisdiction is a 3-year advanced research program offered by Africa School of Politics and Governance at ASPG University. The program is delivered 100 percent online. Entry requirement: Master’s Degree in Law, International Relations, Theology, or related field. Year 1 focuses on comparative study of international law, international courts, and jurisdictions in all regions. Year 2 focuses on deep analysis of the UN, AU, ICC, ICJ, regional courts, and treaties. Year 3 focuses on doctoral research and thesis. Every international law and treaty is compared and the final standard of judgment is the Word of GOD on sovereignty, justice, and nations. Graduates will produce proposals for African legal sovereignty and a doctoral thesis on international law and jurisdiction.
